What to send
Enough for a fixed price in one reply
- Site address. Or coordinates — for the airspace check and the travel band.
- Property type and storeys. House, unit block, commercial, industrial, resort, rural.
- What you need documented, and why. Claim, baseline, condition report, handover, thermal, progress set, asset register, story set.
- Who is paying. Owner, builder, adjuster or insurer, strata manager. Adjusters: the claim number and any template the file must follow.
- Access and deadline. Locked, occupied, induction required; when you need it.

Send them straight through by email. Every certificate and number they ask for is on the credentials page; copies come back by reply — certificates, certificate of currency, operations manual extract, sample JSA and SWMS.
Tagged mail gets read first. Put the site address in the subject line and the file lands in the right place before the reply is written.
