Who we work forFive doors in

Five buyers.
One method.

The report is the same document whoever instructs it — the schedule, the photo set, the media index. What changes is what you need it for, so this page is organised by who you are rather than by what we fly.

01

An evidence supplier north of Rockhampton

Inspection and report for the assessment of a claim, from an operator who lives inside the corridor and has no stake in the outcome. You keep the judgement; you get a file to make it from.

How an instruction runs

  1. Instruct

Email or the quote form: site address, claim reference, what you need documented, any access constraints. A fixed price and an attendance date come back in one reply.

  2. Attend

Airspace and weather checked, site authority confirmed, SWMS on file. Aerial, ground and thermal in one visit. Attendance record signed on site where someone is present.

  3. Release raw, if needed

If the assessor needs eyes on it before the report, the capture set is released on request the same day it is captured.

  4. Report

Delivery date confirmed with the attendance date. PDF report, full-resolution image set, orthomosaic where flown, media index as a spreadsheet.

  5. Retain

Set retained under the claim reference for the period stated in the engagement terms, retrievable on request.

The file conventions

File naming
EI-[job]-[elevation]-[index].jpg — job reference, elevation or zone, and the index number that appears in the schedule. Nothing is renamed after capture; the original camera file name is kept in the media index.
Time and position
Capture time (AEST) and GPS position are recorded in the image metadata at capture and printed in the photo schedule and media index. Not added afterwards.
Chain of custody
Originals copied from the card to two locations before anything is edited. Report images are crops or annotations of the originals; the originals are supplied unaltered.
Formats
Report as PDF (A4). Images as full-resolution JPEG; radiometric thermal as the camera's native format plus JPEG. Orthomosaic as GeoTIFF and JPEG where flown. Media index as CSV.
Claim template
If you have a template or a photo-order the file needs to follow, send it with the instruction and the report is built to it.

What comes back

  • Executive summary. Red / Amber / Green counts and the scope, in one paragraph.
  • Numbered schedule of observations. Condition observed — never cause, cost or cover.
  • Photo schedule by elevation. Overview to close-up, each frame indexed, timed and positioned.
  • Thermal page. Conditions stated, qualitative caveat printed.
  • Attendance record and scope-and-limitations page. What was not seen is on the record too.

Read the sample report.

Onboarding documents. ReOC, RePL, $20M public liability certificate of currency, operations manual extract, JSA and activity SWMS — listed here and sent on request. Independent by structure: we do not repair what we inspect and we do not scope the make-good.

02

The roof your crew cannot get onto yet

After an event you have more roofs than ladders and a scope to write for each. A whole-of-roof set from the air, the day the site is safe, gives the estimator the sheet count and the damage extent before anyone climbs.

How an instruction runs

  1. Instruct

One roof or the list: addresses, what stage each is at, who the scope is for. A fixed price per site comes back, with shared travel on a run.

  2. Attend

The day the site is safe and accessible. The make-safe as it went on, and the roof, capping, gutters and surrounds from a consistent stand-off.

  3. Release raw

The capture set is released on request the day it is captured, so the estimator can start before the indexed set lands.

  4. Set

Indexed aerial and ground set with a media index; the completion set alongside the before-set when the job closes.

What you get back

  • Pre-scope capture. Roof planes, capping, gutters, penetrations and the surrounds, indexed so the scope can cite a frame. Interiors under the roof set where instructed, with thermal where water has tracked.
  • Make-safe and progress records. The site as it was when the make-safe went on, and at agreed stages after — same stand-off, same elevations, so the sequence reads without explanation.
  • Completion sets. The finished roof and envelope, elevation by elevation, with the before-set alongside it in the media index. The record that closes the file.

The file

One job reference
Make-safe, progress and completion sets carry the same job reference so they sort together and the media index reads as one sequence.
Formats
Full-resolution JPEG; media index as CSV; a PDF cover note per site, with the report narrative where instructed. If your scope tool needs a photo order, send it and the set follows it.

We do

  • Capture, index and report — for one site or a portfolio on one instruction
  • Release the raw set on request the day it is captured
  • Attend industrial and mining sites with the inductions in hand

We do not

  • Scope, estimate or price the repair — the record is yours to write from
  • Make-safe, tarp or carry out building work
  • State cause or advise on cover
03

Common property, on the record

Condition reports for strata common property — roofs, facades, balconies, car-park soffits, plant decks — without a scaffold, a swing stage or a notice to every lot. Open to strata under Queensland licensing; the schedule is written so a committee can read it and a contractor can quote from it.

How an instruction runs

  1. Instruct

The manager or the committee: which buildings, and the question — a condition report, a pre-season baseline, or documentation for the body corporate's insurer after an event.

  2. Access

Arranged by the manager. No occupied lot is entered without the occupant's consent; occupants are told what is being flown and why.

  3. Attend

Aerial, ground and thermal in one visit. No scaffold, no swing stage, nobody on a wet sheet.

  4. Report

A PDF for the meeting pack, the full image set for the building's records, and a media index — item numbers a contractor can quote against.

  • Roof and facade condition report. Numbered schedule, Red / Amber / Green, photo schedule by elevation and level. The document the committee tables and the manager keeps.
  • Pre-season baseline. A dated record of the complex before November, stored and re-flown after an event. Pre-existing damage becomes a matter of record. How the package runs.
  • Post-event claim documentation. Inspection and report for the body corporate's insurer or adjuster, to the same numbering as the baseline so the two read side by side.
  • Dilapidation records of adjoining strata and commercial property before works start.

What a committee gets. A PDF for the meeting pack, the full image set for the building's records, and a media index. Contractors quoting from the schedule can cite the item number, which keeps three quotes comparable.

What we do not do. Certify anything, opine on structural adequacy, or price the works. Access to lots is arranged by the manager; we do not enter occupied lots without the occupant's consent, and we do not film people.

File naming
EI-[job]-[elevation]-[index].jpg — job reference, elevation or zone, and the index number that appears in the schedule. Nothing is renamed after capture; the original camera file name is kept in the media index.
Formats
Report as PDF (A4) for the meeting pack; full-resolution JPEG; media index as CSV. Baseline sets held under the building's reference for the period stated in the engagement terms.

Owners, resorts & asset managers — the assets a claim will turn on

Coastal roofs, resort buildings, workshops, sheds, solar arrays, tanks and conveyors. Condition documented from the air and the ground without anyone going to height, on a date, by a party other than the owner.

Condition reports for commercial, industrial and resort buildings

Whole-of-roof and envelope inspection with a numbered schedule the maintenance planner can work from — corrosion, fixings, laps, ponding, penetrations, plant. Thermal where moisture or hot-running plant is the question.

Pre-season baseline, then the delta

Baseline in September to November, re-flown after an event, and a report of what changed. One building or a whole resort on one instruction. The package.

Plant and structures

Conveyor galleries, tanks, stacks, gantries — condition observed from a consistent stand-off, without a rope crew or a shutdown, recorded for the reliability team to act on.

Site-ready

Standard 11 and Coal Board Medical held; site-specific inductions completed as required; JSA and activity SWMS on file for every engagement. Every number, listed.

House condition and pre-purchase reports are licensed building-inspector work in Queensland and are not offered. We can supply the drone and thermal capture to your licensed inspector.

04

The good side of the building

The same aircraft, pointed at the property, the approach and the water at the hour the place looks like itself. Resorts, charters, venues, farms, agents, owners, marinas and vessels — aerial and ground, story sets and short clips, indexed like everything else we make. What the service covers.

How an instruction runs

  1. Brief

What it is for — a booking page, a listing, a campaign, a dated record — and the hours the place looks right. Send the shot list if you have one; we send one back if you do not.

  2. Plan

Airspace checked, the tide and the light hour chosen, and who will be on site that morning agreed so the aircraft stays clear of them.

  3. Shoot

Aerial establishing frames and ground sets in one attendance, with short clips cut for your own channels. No guests, no occupied pool decks, no neighbours' property.

  4. Deliver

Graded stills to one recipe, clips in 16:9 and vertical, a media index, and a usage licence in writing.

What comes back

  • Graded stills, one recipe across the set — no sky replacement, nothing added or removed
  • Short cut clips, 16:9 and vertical, for your own channels
  • Aerial overviews and ground frames, indexed with time and position
  • A media index and a usage licence in writing
  • Delivered on your own drive at full resolution, with web sizes

Real estate: for the agent's listing or the owner's dated record. We photograph; we do not appraise.

The file

File naming
EI-[job]-[set]-[index].jpg — job reference, the set (aerial, ground, clip) and the index number in the media index. The original camera file name is kept.
Time and position
Capture time (AEST) and GPS position recorded in the metadata at capture, so the frame can be dated and placed later.
Formats
JPEG (sRGB) at full resolution plus web sizes; MP4 clips in 16:9 and vertical; media index as CSV.
Usage licence
Stated in writing with the set — where the frames may be used and for how long. Nothing is licensed to anyone else without your word.
People
Guests and staff are told what is being flown and why, and the aircraft is kept clear of them. No face is the subject of a frame.
05

The programme, on the record

Progress, handover, defects and dilapidation sets through the build — same frames every visit, each one timed, positioned and indexed, issued to the cadence agreed at the start. The sequence that answers "what did it look like in week nine" without anyone having to remember. What the service covers.

How an instruction runs

  1. Set the cadence

Weekly, fortnightly or per stage, agreed in the engagement with the site induction, exclusion zones and the point of contact.

  2. First visit

The frames are set — nadir, elevations, laydown, access — and the adjoining properties are documented before works start.

  3. Each visit

The same frames, the same stand-off, indexed against the visit number. The raw set is released on request the day it is captured.

  4. Handover and defects

The building as handed over, roof to ground, plus the items the builder or the superintendent points to — condition observed on the date, indexed to the frame.

  5. Archive

The whole sequence held under the job reference for the period stated in the engagement terms.

What comes back

  • An indexed set per visit, issued to the agreed cadence
  • Same-frame comparison pages across visits
  • Orthomosaic where flown, as GeoTIFF and JPEG
  • Adjoining-property dilapidation record — commercial, strata and industrial; for adjoining houses, the capture set goes to your licensed building inspector
  • Media index as CSV; full-resolution originals, unaltered

The file

File naming
EI-[job]-V[visit]-[frame].jpg — job reference, visit number and the frame number, so the same frame across visits sorts together.
Time and position
Capture time (AEST) and GPS position recorded in the metadata at capture and printed in the media index.
Formats
Full-resolution JPEG; orthomosaic as GeoTIFF and JPEG where flown; comparison pages as PDF; media index as CSV.
On site
Flown under CASA ReOC 9231 inside the site induction, the SWMS and the exclusion zones. No flight over workers.

We do

  • Attend to the cadence, capture to the same frames, index and deliver
  • Document the neighbours before works start — commercial, strata and industrial
  • Release the raw set the day it is captured, on request

We do not

  • Certify a stage, practical completion or a defect — the set is evidence for the people who make those calls
  • Verify or assess a progress claim, measure quantities or opine on workmanship
  • Write a condition or defects schedule on a house — that is licensed building-inspector work in Queensland

Get us on the list before the season, not during it.

Send your onboarding pack, or one instruction to test us with. Either one gets a reply from the person who would do the work.
