Case notesNothing on this page is invented

First engagements underway — case notes to follow.

There is nothing on this page yet because nothing on this page is invented. When a case note appears here it will be a real instruction, described the way a report is written: what was asked, what was done, what came back.

What a case note will contain

The same shape as the report

  • The instruction. Who instructed it (named only with written permission — otherwise the sector and the building type), what was asked for, and the constraint that made it a job: access, height, distance, a cut road.
  • The attendance. Date, conditions, what was flown and what was walked, how long it took on site.
  • The deliverable. How many observations, the Red / Amber / Green split, what the orthomosaic and thermal pages contributed, what format the file went out in.
  • What it was used for. Only if the client tells us, and only if they agree to it being said.

In the meantime

Judge the method, not the marketing

The sample report is built on a clearly-labelled mock property to the exact structure a real report follows — cover, scope and limitations, executive summary, numbered schedule, photo schedule by elevation, thermal page, media index, attendance record, terms. It shows what you would receive before you have to instruct anything.

The credentials page lists every number a panel asks for. The about page is who turns up.

No testimonials, no review counts, no logo wall — until there are real ones.

Be the first case note.

One instruction to test us with gets a reply from the person who would do the work, and a fixed price.
